Results for Central University Common Entrance Test (CU-CET) 2021 has been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to integrated undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the official website – cucet.nta.nic.in
On September 15, 16, 23, and 24, 2021, a computer-based test (CBT) was administered for applicants seeking admission to undergraduate and postgraduate (UG) programmes.
According to NDTV News, a total of 1,34,722 candidates had registered for the entrance exam and 97,416 candidates had appeared. The exam was conducted for 60 papers – 2 for undergraduate and integrated (UI) programmes and 58 for postgraduate programmes.
Candidates now have access the results that have been made public by the university. Provisional answer keys are only available online to candidates. It is released on the third of October in the year 2021. (Preliminary).
Candidates who object to this can do so until the 5th of October 2021 via online mode by submitting a grievance. The authority will publish the final answer key after a few days of receiving grievances. The release date has been set for October 2021.
Candidates can earlier raise objections, if any, against the answer key till October 5, 2021. They will be required to upload necessary documents proving their claims. The final answer key will be released on 30 September.
Steps to check the provisional answer key:
Step 1: Go to website – cucetexam.in.
Step 2: On the left hand side of the homepage, tap on the link ‘Click to download answer key.’
Step 3: Key in your CUCET 2020 roll number and date of birth and press the login button.
Step 4: The CUCET provisional answer key will appear on screen. Save and take a print out.
After the CUCET results are declared, the respective universities will release counseling and admission schedule as well as the merit list.
How to check CUCET results 2021:
1. Visit the official website at cucetexam.in
2. On the homepage, click on the link that reads, “View Score card”
3. A new page will appear on the display screen
4. Key in your credentials and login
5. The CUCET results 2021 will be displayed on the screen
“NTA will have no role in the selection process – transfer/cancellation/ conversion of seats and admission of CU-CET 2021 appeared candidates in the CU courses. Admissions are handled at the level of each participating central university (CU) for their respective programs,” the NTA said.
