How To Cancel WW Membership : When does WW cancellation take effect?
If you have purchased your membership and the app via the Apple App Store for iOS devices or Google Play store for Android devices, WW cannot cancel your account or offer a refund on WW.com.
Here is the timeline for cancellation for various plan purchases:
For Multi-Month Commitment Plans, an early termination fee applies if you cancel at any time prior to the end of the Commitment Plan period. After the Commitment Plan period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the membership month in which you cancel.
For Prepaid Savings Plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the initial plan period defined by the plan you purchased. After the initial plan period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the membership month in which you cancel.
For Standard One-Month Plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the membership month in which you cancel.
When does my Monthly Pass expire?
To make it seemless for you, your membership doesn’t expire until you choose to cancel it. Your membership automatically renews at the end of your promotional offer at our standard monthly rate until you cancel your membership.
