To activate a TM (Touch Mobile) SIM card in the Philippines, Go to: https://new.globe.com.ph/simreg. You must register your SIM before it becomes fully active.

Follow these steps depending on whether it’s a new SIM or you’re activating it to comply with the SIM Registration Act:


✅ For New TM SIM Card Activation:

🔹 Step 1: Insert the SIM

  • Turn off your phone.

  • Insert the TM SIM card into the SIM slot.

🔹 Step 4: Confirmation

  • After submitting, you’ll get a reference number and confirmation text.

  • Your SIM will now be fully active and ready for calls, text, and data.

✅ Check Activation Status:

You can try:

  • Dialing *143# → Select My Account > SIM Registration Status

  • Or sending a test SMS or opening a browser with mobile data on


🔁 If You Bought the SIM a While Ago and It’s Not Working:
