If you want to use Rykard’s Great Rune, you will need to bring it to the Divine Tower of West Altus. Which is found through the Sealed Tunnel.
Take a right from inside Volcano Manor’s lobby and you’ll find Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy. By attacking the illusory wall in the back right corner and using the Drawing-Room Key, open the first door on the right. Continue straight until you come to a set of stairs on the left side of the hallway. The Prison Town Church can be found by going down the stairs and following the path past the enemy. Open the back doors of the church, cross the roofs to the right, and dive toward the fog door.
A ladder can be found against the building if you take a right at the fog door and follow the path down to the lizard enemy. The steeple’s open back window can be accessed by scaling the ladder and entering through the window’s open door.
Take the elevator to the second floor and head to the south side of the building. The Guest Hall site of grace can be found by heading north and turning right. Open the set of doors to the east, turn right, and descend the ladder outside that room. The caged area can be found by following the path to the east and ascending the stairs.
The Godskin Noble can be found in a church at the top of the stairs after stepping inside the elevator cage next to the fireplace. Take the elevator to the right after defeating this enemy. Turn around, cross the bridge over the slugs, and drop down to the path on the left to continue your journey. Open a window at the top of a mound by climbing up the path and leaping over the lava lake.
Once you’ve entered the room, turn right and walk down a corridor to the other side of the room. Open the door on the right after you pass the Man-Serpent with his whip.
