How To Activate ADCB Debit Card
📱 Method 1: Activate via SMS (Quickest)
You can activate your card and set the PIN in one step:
From your registered mobile number, send the SMS:

Send it to 2626.
You’ll receive a reply confirming activation. Your PIN will be valid for ATM withdrawals and POS purchases.
→ Make sure you use the mobile number that’s registered with ADCB.
📲 Method 2: Activate via the ADCB Mobile Banking App
Use this method if you already have the ADCB app:
Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App.
Go to the Debit Cards section.
Choose the card you wish to activate.
Tap Activate Now (or “Activate Card”).
Complete identity verification (FacePass biometric or OTP).
Once activated, if prompted, set your 4‑digit PIN.
You’ll receive confirmation once the process is complete.
📞 Method 3: Activate by Phone
Call ADCB Contact Centre:

Follow the IVR or speak to a representative.
They can activate your card and help set your PIN (press option 8 if prompted)
To which account will the Chip and PIN Debit Card be linked to?
The principal account that the Chip and PIN Debit Card will be linked to can have up to 10 additional accounts added to it. When making a cash purchase, you can select the account from which the funds will be withdrawn. This feature is exclusive to ADCB ATMs.
For retail transactions, the primary account is automatically selected.
How will the card/s be delivered to me?
The card will be delivered to you either by mail or by courier at the address as per ADCB’s records provided by you.
The supplementary card/s will be delivered to you (primary card holder) either by mail or by courier at the address as per ADCB’s records provided by you.
