How do I watch Discovery Networks in Canada? Watch Discovery Networks Online
You can watch full episodes online and on demand at CTV.ca and through the CTV App.
On web, the sign in page is available by clicking the “Log In” button at the top right of the page. Within the App, sign in is accessed by clicking on the circle icon in the top right of the screen. You will be prompted to select your TV provider and enter in your account details.
Please note that some Connected TV devices — such as Amazon Fire TV and Xbox One — may require you to set up a user account on their platform before being able to access the CTV App. We are unable to help resolve issues with any platform accounts, as they are not associated with the CTV App.
How Can I Stream Discovery Content?
You can stream your favourite Discovery network shows on CTV.ca and through the CTV App. Discovery networks are available on desktop, mobile web, and through the CTV App on smartphones, tablets and Connected TV devices.

Sometimes, there will be select content available for free without a subscription. However, Discovery’s extensive library is available to watch with a TV subscription on CTV.ca and through the CTV App on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets and on connected TV devices. The On-Air section allows you to watch the linear live streams for Discovery, Animal Planet, Discovery Velocity, Investigation Discovery, Discovery Science, CTV, CTV2, CTV Comedy Channel, CTV Drama Channel, CTV Sci-Fi Channel, and CTV Life Channel. This content is available for TV subscribers.
If I Have A TV Subscription To 1 Of The Discovery Network Channels, Do I Have Access To All 5?
Your access is linked to your TV subscription. You can watch programming for all channels on CTV.ca or through the CTV App that are part of your TV package. If you would like to unlock additional programs, please contact your service provider to subscribe to additional channels.
