Quick tip: If you are a current or returning customer of <Kayo Sports, Australia’s multi-sport streaming service>, our other streaming service, select Sign In and use your Kayo login details to complete your Binge subscription sign up.

Web

1. On the Binge homepage, using a compatible web browser, you’ll see three available subscriptions to choose from

2. Select the subscription for you

3. Enter your personal details. At this stage of the sign-up, you’ll be sent a verification code to the mobile number you provided, which you will need to enter to continue

4. Enter your payment details

5. Now your account is active, it’s time to start setting up your profile, or skipping straight to the action

6. Welcome to Binge!

Android: 6+

1. If you’re using an Android device, you’ll need to head to binge.com.au on your compatible mobile browser

2. On the Binge homepage, you’ll see three available subscriptions to choose from

Subscribing via the App Store?

1. Open the App Store

2. Download the Binge app

3. Follow the sign-up process of Binge

4. An Apple confirmation screen will appear, here’s where you confirm the subscription

5. Apple will send a subscription confirmation email to the address linked with your Apple account

6. Binge will auto-renew monthly from the date of sign up

7. Apple will send subscription renewal emails each month

How do I manage my subscription?

Managing your Binge subscription is made simple and easy. To update or change your account details and settings, upgrade or downgrade your subscription, change your payment method or cancel your Binge subscription, here’s how.

Change My Account details and settings?

From the Binge app or on the Binge website – ensure you are logged into Binge, and select ‘My Binge’ to be taken to the following functions:

Personal details, Password, Payment Method, Subscription, Profile

Upgrade/downgrade your Subscription?

To change your payment method you will need to cancel your subscription and resubscribe through either credit card or via Apple on the App Store.

Binge has the following payment options.

Credit/Debit Card – We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

Apple Pay – If you’ve purchased Binge via Apple on the App Store, you can set up your billing with Apple.

Cancellation

Your Binge subscription is a no-lock in contract, so you’re able to cancel and rejoin whenever you like. If you wish to cancel, we’ll be sorry to see you go. Simply sign in to Binge and select ‘My Binge’ then ‘Cancel Subscription’. Don’t forget to leave us some feedback using our cancellation survey. What devices and browser can I use to stream Binge?

When it comes to the world’s best entertainment on Binge, you’re going to need more than one way to watch. Thankfully, Binge is available on lots of popular devices and web browsers so you’ll always be able to get your Binge on when the mood strikes. Phew.

Here is the list of the devices Binge supports, plus the operating system and web browser version you’ll need to be running. All of these should be the latest version, that way you’re going to have the best Binge experience.

TV:

– Apple TV: Available on 4th Generation or higher.

– Android TV OS: Available for OS version 7.0 and above on selected Android TV’s.

– Telstra TV Box: Available on TTV1, TTV2, and TTV3. Note: Telstra TV1 streams are limited to 720p.

– Chromecast: Recommend Chromecast Ultra and latest 3rd Generation. Chromecast 1st Generation is not supported.
