How do I check my Mission Lane credit card balance?
To check your Credit Card balance, Log in to your TAB Bank account to see your Mission Lane Cash Back Visa® Credit Card’s balance. By Phone: Call 1-855-790-8860 and follow the prompts to have the automated system read your current balance.

Here’s how to access your account and manage your secure messaging:
You can sign into your account online or in the Mission Lane app (iOS/Android) anytime with the email address and password you created.
To prevent sign in issues, please make sure you’re using the latest version of your browser or app.
Online:
- Go to the Mission Lane login page.
- Enter your email address and password, then click Log In.
App:
- Open the Mission Lane app (iOS/Android).
- Enter your email address and password, then press Done.
- Click Log In.
iOS App with Face ID:
- Open the Mission Lane app (iOS).
- Enter your email address and press the Face ID icon in the password field.
- Verify through Face ID.
Once you access your account, navigate to the Support section and click Help Center FAQs. Here, if you are using your Mission Lane App via iOS or Android, you will be prompted to log into your account via your default browser.
In the upper right corner, you will click Log In and re authenticate your account. A drop down menu will display. From here you will click on Message Inbox. Here you will be able to view and send messages securely to and from Mission Lane.
How can I check my balance or available credit?
To review your balance and available credit, sign into your account or call the number on the back of your card to hear your account summary.
What’s the difference between my balance and my available credit?
The balance on your account is the current amount of credit you’re using. Your balance is made up of posted transactions, so the balance will go up as you make purchases and go down as you make payments. If you pay off your account in full, you’ll have a zero balance.
The available credit on your account is the amount you have left to spend before you hit your credit limit. Pending transactions will be subtracted from your available credit, and once each transaction posts, it’ll be added to your balance.
How do I make a payment toward my Mission Lane Visa bill?
The fastest and most secure way to make a payment is online.
- To make an online payment:
- Go to the Mission Lane login page: https://dashboard.missionlane.com/signin
- Enter the email and password for your Mission Lane account and click “Log In”
- From your Account dashboard click “Make a Payment”
- Select the payment amount
- Select the payment date
- Select the payment source
- Click “Review Payment
- Review Payment Details
- Click “Submit Payment”
First, be sure to have your bank account’s routing and account numbers available.
- To add your account at missionlane.com:
- Choose Make Payment on the dashboard
- Select Add a checking account
- Enter your account and routing numbers
- Select Submit and review the confirmation message
- To add your account on the Mission Lane mobile app:
- Choose More from the bottom navigation menu
- Select Add a Checking Account
- Enter your account and routing numbers
- Select Add Account and review the confirmation message
You can also make a payment over the phone by giving us a call at the number listed on the back of your card.
Please have your checking account and routing numbers ready when calling. Keep in mind that we currently can’t accept a debit card payment.
