How do I activate my GA Kemp card?

To activate your GA Kemp card, login into and enter the card details or you may visit the Cash Assistance Program website or call 1-833-907-0683 for Card Activation.

1. Retrieve Your Client ID:

    • You’ll need your Client ID to activate the card.

4. Activate Your Card:

    • Once logged in, follow the instructions to activate your card number.

5. Access Benefits:

    • By activating your card, you’ll gain access to the financial support provided by the cash assistance program.

Governor Brian P. Kemp has announced that those enrolled in Medicaid, Peach Care for Kids®, SNAP, and/or TANF can now apply for cash assistance of up to $350 through Residents of Georgia who take part in multiple of these schemes will receive only one cash help payment.

Who is eligible to receive a Cash Assistance program prepaid card? 

You must have been enrolled at and actively receiving Medicaid, Peach Care for Kids®, SNAP, and/or TANF benefits on July 31, 2022, to be eligible.
