Money Network Activate Card : How do I Activate my Money Network Card? : To Activate your Money Network Card, you will need to enter your Money Network Card information: 16-digit card number, expiration date and 3-digit code from the Card back.

To activate your Money Network EIP Card, call 1.800.240.8100. During activation, you will be asked to input your Card Number, last 6-digits of your social security number and the 3-digit security code from the back of your Card.



How do I Activate my Money Network Card?

1. Call the Activation Line:

Call 1-800-240-8100 and follow the automated prompts. You'll likely be asked to provide your card number and some personal identification information.

2. Activate Online:

  1. Visit the EIP Card website: https://www.eipcard.com/
  2. Click on "Log In"
  3. If you're a new user, click on "Register Now" and follow the steps to create your online account.  
  4. Once you're logged in, you should be able to activate your card through your account dashboard


Money Network Activate Card :

1. Call 1.800.240.8100. During activation, you will be asked to input your Card Number, last 6-digits of your social security number and the 3-digit security code from the back of your Card.

2. You could be asked to further validate your identity by providing, at minimum, your name and address and answer identity verification questions..

3. You will also be asked to create a 4-digit PIN required for ATM transactions, request automated assistance and to hear your balance.

4. For your Account security, do not use personal information as your PIN.

5. For Cards with more than one name, only the primary Cardholder (listed first on the Card) may activate the Card.

Use the Card everywhere Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard are accepted, plus get cash back at the register with PIN debit purchases where available. Send money quickly to friends and family with or without a Money Network Account.

Pay bills using your Money Network Card or Money Network Check. Add your Card to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay for contactless payments.

EIP Cards issued for the first or second round of Economic Impact Payments are not being reloaded. If you received EIP Cards for round one or round two stimulus payments, they all have separate balances, and you should keep those earlier EIP Cards until the balance for each EIP Card reaches zero.

 

How can I Direct Deposit my pay into my Money Network Account?

  1. Locate your Money Network Account number in the Money Network App1 under “My Settings” or log in online at account.moneynetwork.com and click on “Direct Deposit.” The Money Network Routing number is 084003997.

  2. Use both numbers to fill out your Direct Deposit form. If account type is requested, select the “Checking” option.

  3. If you're asked to provide the name of your bank when filling out your Direct Deposit form, give them the name and address of Money Network’s FDIC-insured partner bank: Pathward®, N.A., 5501 S Broadband Ln, Sioux Falls, SD 57108.

How can I transfer the funds from my EIP Card to my bank account? 

There are multiple ways to transfer the funds from your EIP Card to an existing bank account at no cost to you. You will need the Routing and Account number for your bank account to complete the transfer.

Transfer funds online at EIPCard.com

  1. Be sure you have activated your EIP Card before attempting to transfer funds.
  2. Register for online access by going to EIPCard.com and click on “Login” and “Register Now”. Follow the steps to create your User ID and Password. Be sure to have your EIP Card handy.
  3. Select “Transfers in U.S.” under Money Out.
  4. Follow the steps to set up your destination bank account prior to completing your ACH transfer.
  5. Transfers should post to your bank account in 2-3 business days

Transfer funds using the Money Network Mobile App

  1. Be sure you have activated your EIP Card before attempting to transfer funds.
  2. Download the Money Network Mobile App² and register for mobile access by clicking “New User?”. Follow the steps to create your User ID and Password. Be sure to have your EIP Card handy.
  3. Click the top left menu and click “Send Money to an External Bank Account” under Move Money Out.
  4. Follow the steps to set up your destination bank account prior to completing your ACH transfer.
  5. Transfers should post to your bank account in 2-3 business days.

Transfer funds by calling 1.800.240.8100

  1. Be sure you have activated your EIP Card before attempting to transfer funds.
  2. Call 1.800.240.8100 and follow the prompts to authenticate with the Interactive Voice Response Unit (IVRU).
  3. Once authenticated by the IVRU, follow the prompts to set up your destination bank account prior to completing your ACH transfer.
  4. Transfers should post to your bank account in 2-3 business days.

ACH Transfer to Domestic Bank Limits Apply: $6,000 per transaction | $6,000 per month.
