1. In order to activate the Gift card you have to register using the link https://heartlandgiftcard.com/mobile/Register.aspx
2. Please enter your username and password to gain access to the system
3. After successfully activating the heartlandgiftcard, a login screen appears.

Can I register my card/account?
Yes. From the Home page tab, click on the “Register” link. This will allow you to register your cards/account. Registration allows you to be eligible for any special offers from the merchant who issued you your card/account.
Can I add more value to my card/account?
Yes. Visit any participating merchant location to add dollars to your card/account.
How do I check the remaining balance on my card/account?
Check your balance by doing one of the following:
Visit any participating merchant location and have a clerk swipe your card at the point-of-sale terminal to inform you of your balance, Check your balance online at https://heartlandgiftcard.com, or call the toll-free number 877.203.4039
Does my gift card expire?
Gift cards are not subject to expiration except as may be permitted by law.
What happens if I lose my gift card?
Treat your gift card as cash. To protect your card balance register your card and talk to your merchant regarding a replacement card.
Who can I contact if I have a question about my card/account?
If you need help, contact the business where the gift card was purchased.
Can I transfer one balance to another?
Only if the card/account is for the same business. To transfer one balance to another, select the “Transfer” button on the card you would like to transfer from. You can then select the card number/account you would like to transfer your balance to.
How do I change/edit my account information?
Once you are successfully logged in, click on the My Profile tab. This will allow you to edit email address, name, address, phone number, and birthday information, as well as to opt-in or opt-out of special offers from merchants.
What if I forget my account password?
Once you click the “Login” link from the Home page, click the “Forgot Password?” link. Type in your email address and you will receive an email from us containing a link to reset your password.
