How can I activate my H2O Wireless service and receive a new number?

1. Go to https://www.h2owirelessnow.com/register to create your H2O account.

2. On the “Activate” tab select “Get a New Number.”

3. Enter your unused H2O® Wireless SIM card number.

4. Select payment method

5. Choose the area code and city you would like your phone number to be; fill out the payment information

6. Select “Activate” and you will have a brand new H2O® Wireless number.

7. Insert your H2O SIM into your device and turn it on.

8. Your Smart SIM will configure your data settings and you are ready to go! If your data is not working please refer to the data configuration section.

How can I activate my H2O® Wireless service and transfer my current number?

1. Go to https://www.h2owirelessnow.com/register to create your H2O account.

2. On the “Activate” tab select “Transfer Your Number.”

3. Fill in all of the fields including your current carriers account information, your billing address and email, your H2O® Wireless SIM card information, and select the plan you want to activate your account under.

4. Once you have completed these steps, click “Submit” and your number will be transferred to H2O® Wireless. This process may take 1-2 business hours. In rare cases it may take up to 24 hours.

5. Insert your H2O® Wireless SIM into your device and turn it on.

6. Your Smart SIM will configure your data settings and you are ready to go! If your data is not working please refer to the data configuration section.

What is My Account?

My Account is an online account management tool that allows you to manage your H2O® Wireless service. All you need to do is enter your H2O® Wireless phone number and your account password to log in.

What is H2O® Rewards?

H2O® Rewards is a program to help you save on your monthly bill with redeemable points given that can be applied to recharging your plan.

How can I earn H2O® Rewards points?

Online Recharge – Earn 2% of your bill back in H2O® points (Excludes Auto Recharge)
Referral – For each referral, you and the friend you refer both get $30 of h2o® points
New Activation by Credit Card – $5 of h2o® points when you activate

How do I use my H2O® Rewards points?

Recharge your H2O® Wireless plan on the website:

• Go to “Recharge” Tab

• Select “with credit/debit card”

• Enter your H2O® Wireless number in the prompt box

• Select “Use H2O® Rewards Points” underneath the credit card form

• Apply the number of reward points you wish to use in the prompt box

• Enter the credit card number and pay the remaining balance & taxes/fees

Can I use my H2O® Rewards points on multiple phone numbers?

Each unique phone number that is linked to an online account has its own accrued amount of H2O® Rewards points. These points cannot be shared or combined with other H2O phone numbers.
