Governors Ball Music Festival Gov Ball 2024 Wristband Activate

If you’re attending the Governors Ball Music Festival, you’ll want to activate your wristband. Here’s how:

1. Locate Your Wristband ID: Check the inside of your wristband for an 8-digit ID number.

2. Activate Online: Visit the wristband activation page and enter your wristband ID along with your contact information.

3. Smooth Entry: Activating your wristband ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day. Plus, you can add emergency contact details to your wristband.

4. Payment Convenience: Once activated, you can use your wristband to pay for food, drinks, and merchandise during the festival. Just tap your wristband and enter your PIN.

What types of tickets are available?

3-Day, 2-Day, and 1-Day tickets are available this year! There are GA, GA+, VIP, and Ultimate tickets. For more information on ticket pricing, please visit our ticket page.

3-Day and 1-Day GA+ Ticket(s) – Enjoy all of the General Admission fun with additional unlimited access to the GA+ Lounge with relaxed seating, air-conditioned restrooms, private bar with drinks for purchase, dedicated food for purchase within the GA+ Lounge, complimentary water refill station, and concierge services.

3-Day and 1-Day VIP Tickets – All the access of a General Admission Ticket with added comfort in VIP Lounges and premium viewing at each stage. Enjoy lounge seating and shade, air-conditioned restrooms, premium food & beverage options for purchase, concierge services, complimentary water refill stations, and more. VIP Ticketholders can also enter the festival through a fast lane.

3-Day Cabanas – Enjoy all the amenities of VIP with a dedicated cabana for 25 guests (with the ability to purchase additional cabana tickets). The cabanas include a prime view of the Main Stage, festival concierge, complimentary all-day snacks and dinner buffet, complimentary full-service bar, dedicated air conditioned restrooms, and the ability to customize your cabana with your own branding.

3-Day and 1-Day Ultimate Ticket(s) – New to 2024, the Ultimate Experience gives a super-fan a weekend they will never forget. Enjoy access to a shared Ultimate guest cabana with all day snacks, dinner buffet, all-inclusive bar, dedicated restroom, prime views of the Main Stage, $100 credit to use at the Festival Merch store and an exclusive festival merchandise gift. Guests will also have access to the backstage Artist Village, exclusive front-of-stage, viewing at all stages with complimentary beer & seltzer, golf cart transportation between stages, and festival concierge.

• Wristbands will be mailed in advance of the festival.

• All sales are FINAL – no refunds and no exchanges.

• Only wristbands purchased through Front Gate Tickets or our Ticketmaster Verified Exchange are valid.

• If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.

• Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.

• Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

• Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.

• Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff.

• Wristbands that are damaged, lost or stolen can be replaced for the original purchaser, ONE TIME ONLY, for a $20 replacement fee

I never received my wristband?

If you never received your wristbands, you can head to the box office once you arrive at the festival and they will be able to provide a replacement for you! Please bring your order number from Front Gate Tickets along with your government-issued ID
