Go365 by Humana® is a wellness and rewards program designed to encourage healthier lifestyles among Humana members. Available at no additional cost to eligible members, it offers incentives for completing various health-related activities.
What Is Go365?
Go365 is integrated into many Humana Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans. It rewards members for engaging in healthy behaviors such as:
Participating in fitness activities (e.g., walking, attending SilverSneakers® classes)
Completing preventive screenings and annual wellness visits
Receiving flu shots and other vaccinations
Engaging in health education programs
Volunteering or participating in social activities
Members can track their progress and redeem earned rewards through the Go365 platform.

🎁 How Rewards Work
By completing eligible activities, members earn points that can be redeemed for various rewards, including:
Gift cards to retailers like CVS and Walmart
Discounts on health-related products and services
Other incentives aimed at promoting well-being
For example, completing 12 or more workouts in a month can earn $5 in rewards.

🌍 Availability
Go365 is available to Humana members in participating states. For Medicaid members, the program is offered through Humana Healthy Horizons® in select states, including Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and South Carolina.
