You can access the Wellcare Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) member portal by typing go.wellcare.com/PDP into your web browser. This is an official shortcut used by Wellcare to direct you to their PDP services.

If that shortcut does not work or if you want to go directly to the login page, use the steps below.

How to Log In to Your PDP Member Account

  1. Go to the Official Login Page:

    • Visit the Wellcare PDP Welcome Page.

    • Look for the “Login” or “Member Portal” button, usually located at the top right of the screen.

  2. Enter Your Credentials:

    • You will need your Username and Password.

    • If you are a new user, select “Create New Account” or “Register”. You will need your Member ID (found on your Wellcare ID card), your date of birth, and your zip code to set up your account.

Once logged in, you can access services for your 2025 or 2026 plan, including:

If you are a member of a plan in a specific state (like North Carolina or Kentucky), the main site may redirect you to a state-specific login page (e.g., wellcarenc.com). This is normal; simply follow the prompts for your location.
