How to Encounter Giovanni:
To face Giovanni, players must complete the “Fashion Week: Taken Over” Special Research quest, introduced in mid-January 2025. This quest requires defeating Team GO Rocket Leaders (Cliff, Sierra, and Arlo) and Grunts. Upon completion, you’ll receive a Super Rocket Radar, which can be used to locate Giovanni at PokéStops or in Team GO Rocket balloons.
