G2A Activate Key 2023: How do you Redeem a key on G2A?
To activate your new G2A Key 2023, go to the main G2A Support Hub page and scroll down to the “Want to activate a product?” field. Type in the name of the activation platform related to your product in the search bar.
First, check the platform that you bought the key for. It is always indicated in product names and pages.

Where can I find an activation guide?
For the majority of products sold on our marketplace, we have a guide on how to activate your CD-key on the destination platform, available both before and after the purchase. Here’s how to find it:
I. Via the product page
Activation guides are available on product pages. Click on “See activation guide” bellow the platform info and you’ll get just the guide you need.
II. Using our Support Hub search bar
You can also find all activation guides on our Support Hub. To do so, go to the main G2A Support Hub page and scroll down to the “Want to activate a product?” field. Once you’re there:
- Type in the name of the activation platform related to your product in the search bar.
- Select the right option from the drop-down menu
- Click the “Get the guide” button on the right.

Absolutely! If you feel like you’re missing something or have any issues with activating your CD-key, contact the seller for more info.
