Activate your FRN™ Card at www.fuelrewards.com to manage your FRN™ Account online and track Fuel Rewards® savings earned through the FRN™ program including the Shell® Fuel Rewards® program.
No more than one (1) FRN™ Card can be linked to your Fuel Rewards Network™ account at a time.
As a Fuel Rewards member, you’ll save 5¢/gal on every fill-up with Gold Status or 3¢/gal with Silver Status. You can lower your price even more with Fuel Rewards savings earned from everyday purchases. Redeem your combined rewards at participating Shell stations.
The Fuel Rewards program is continually increasing the ways to earn rewards. Our members enjoy earning while shopping online, dining, buying groceries, and more.
Get Instant Gold Status:
Fuel Rewards members now save 5¢/gal when they fill up at participating Shell stations.
The two most common tiers are Gold and Silver. All new members receive a complimentary Gold Status for the first full six months of membership. After that period, members will need to qualify for Gold Status by filling up with at least 5 gallons 6 times or more during the qualification period.
Members with Gold Status save at least 5¢/gal on every fill-up at Shell. Members with Silver Status save at least 3¢/gal on every fill-up at Shell.
New Fuel Rewards members receive instant Gold Status for the first 6 full months of their membership. For example, if you join in February, you will receive Gold Status through the end of August.
How do I activate my fuel rewards card:-
At a participating Shell station, enter your Alt ID or swipe your Fuel Rewards card or a credit or debit card opted in to Link & Save™. If you pay inside, present one of these methods to the attendant.
- Join the Fuel Rewards program and get Instant Gold Status
- Swipe your Fuel Rewards card or enter your Alt ID when you fuel at a participating Shell station
- With Gold Status, you will receive 5¢/gal in Fuel Rewards savings on every fill-up
- The 5¢/gal reward for Gold Status will be combined with other rewards in your Fuel Rewards account.
Redeeming Rewards
Insert your FRN™ card before you insert your payment card. Select your form of payment and fuel grade. The price will roll down based on the number of Fuel Rewards® savings available in your FRN™ account.
To qualify for the Gold/Silver Status offers, you must be a Fuel Rewards® member and swipe your Fuel Rewards® card or enter your Alt ID when you fuel at a participating Shell station. With Gold Status, you will receive 5¢/gal in Fuel Rewards® savings on every fill-up.
The 5¢/gal reward for Gold Status will be combined with other rewards in your Fuel Rewards® account. If you are an existing Fuel Rewards® member, you will receive Gold Status from 6/5/2017 through 12/31/17, the “Existing Member Introductory Period”.
If you are a new Fuel Rewards® member, you will receive Gold Status for the initial month you join through the last day of the month, 6 full calendar months later, the “New Member Introductory Period”
How do I activate a Shell Gift Card?
Shell Gift Cards can be used at Shell locations throughout Canada. To pay with a Shell Gift Card, see the Shell Sales Associate In-store, the Shell Gift Card is swiped and the amount of the purchase is deducted from the Shell Gift Card balance. This card is currently not available for payment at the pump.
When you purchase Shell Gift Cards at Shell, the Shell Sales Associate activates them immediately and you can use them right away or at a later time.
