Frontier Activate My Frontier TV Set-Top Box : Activate Your Account – Frontier Communications

If your Frontier phone services include Caller ID, here’s what you need to know.

  • Caller ID lets you know who is calling before you answer the phone. Caller ID shows you the number of the caller, while Caller ID with Name lets you see the name and number of the caller.
  • Your display unit (within or attached to your phone) displays the number, name, date and time of the call, so you can return that call as soon as possible, even if they don’t leave a message.
  • After the first ring, the caller’s number and/or name will appear on the display unit. The type of information and the number of calls displayed depend on the type of display unit you have.
