Florida SHOTS is a free, statewide, centralized online immunization information system (IIS) that helps healthcare providers and schools keep track of immunization records to ensure that patients of all ages receive the vaccinations needed to protect them from dangerous vaccine-preventable diseases. The IIS is endorsed by the Florida Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Association of Health Plans, Inc., Florida Medical Association, Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, and the Florida Pediatric Society.

Families move or change healthcare providers every day. With Florida SHOTS, required immunization records for child-care and school attendance are easy to locate no matter where children go within Florida. And in case of disaster, those records remain protected and available.
Protected & Secure
The Florida SHOTS information system is located on a secure server with password-restricted access. We use the latest encryption and firewall safeguards. All accounts are given access to the system only after we have verified that they have appropriate licensing in the state of Florida.
