🔁 1. Restart Steam and the Game Properly

  • Fully close Steam (via Task Manager).

  • Reopen Steam as Administrator.

  • Launch Marvel Rivals from within Steam, not from a desktop shortcut.

Corrupted files can cause this error.

Steps:

  • Steam → Library → Right-click Marvel Rivals → Properties
