If you already have a FedEx account, you can view, manage, and pay your invoices by Credit Card or PayPal right from your computer with FedEx Billing Online.
Your package wasn’t left for one of the following reasons:
- A signature is required
- Import duties and taxes need to be collected
- The package contains dangerous goods
- Security reasons or restrictions
How do I pay for duties and taxes?
If you don’t have an invoice number:
If you have an incoming shipment, no invoice number and do not have a FedEx account, go to fedex.ca/paynow to pay for charges, including duties, taxes and other related fees, with your tracking number.
If you have an invoice number:
If you received your shipment and have an invoice number, go to fedex.ca/payment to make a payment for transportation charges, including duties, taxes and related charges with your invoice number.
If you have a FedEx account:
If you have an incoming shipment and already have a FedEx account, you can view, manage, and pay your invoices by Credit Card or PayPal right from your computer with FedEx Billing Online.
You can pay online using Visa Credit/Debit Card, Mastercard Credit/Debit Card, American Express Credit Card, or PayPal.
How can I pay a FedEx Express invoice?

To get a copy of your invoice, please refer to our ‘Invoice & Payment Issues Form‘ and select ‘I would like a copy of a document’ from the dropdown menu.
How can I track my package?
The door tag number on the front of the door tag is associated with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package in the following ways using the door tag number:

Text track or follow and your door tag number to 38773 (i.e., track DT999999999999).

FedEx Mobile App
Download the FedEx®Mobile App, open the app, select the camera button in the top right-hand corner, then scan the barcode on your door tag.
Call
Call 1.800.GoFedEx and say “track my package,” then follow the prompts.
