How to Activate Your Badge

1. Go to the activation site

   • Visit fanexpoboston.com/activate—this is where you’ll register your badge once you receive it.

2. Enter the activation code

   • Your badge will include a QR code and a unique alphanumeric code. On the activation page, either scan the QR code or manually enter the code from your badge.

3. Use your email

   • When prompted, enter a valid email address to link your badge. This is helpful in case your badge is lost or stolen, as you’ll need access to the registered email to deactivate and replace it.

4. Timing matters

   • The activation site generally becomes fully functional during the week of the show. If you try activating too early, you may run into issues—so retry closer to the event date if needed.

Lost or stolen badge? 

We can only replace badges that have been activated and registered to you. A $5 fee applies for deactivation and replacement. Badges that are damaged or tampered with will not be replaced.

Troubleshooting Activation Codes

• Zeros have slashes through them (0), and the letter O does not.
• If your code starts with a zero and doesn’t work, try again without the first zero.
