Fallout 76 Patch Notes Today | Hotfix – Dec 11, 2025

Fallout 76 is currently undergoing maintenance today, Thursday, December 11, 2025, for a hotfix update. The full patch notes have been released to address bugs from the recent Burning Springs expansion.

Server Status

  • Maintenance Started: 10:00 AM EST (approx. 3:00 PM GMT / 7:00 AM PST).

  • Status: Servers are currently OFFLINE.

  • Download: You will likely need to download a small update file once maintenance concludes.


Patch Notes (Hotfix – Dec 11, 2025)

This update specifically targets bugs introduced with the Burning Springs map expansion.

C.A.M.P. & Building Fixes

  • Missing Items Restored: The Cherry Bomb Tinker’s Workbench and various flora (plants) for Shelters have been re-added to build options.

  • Decoration Fixes: Fixed an issue blocking the placement of the Plastiform Vault Girl Elf decoration.

  • Pet Spawns: Addressed a bug where pets would not spawn correctly after their C.A.M.P. item was built.

  • Camp Damage Exploit: Temporarily disabled a specific AoE (Area of Effect) attack from the Bleached Ogua that was unintentionally destroying player camps instantly.

Quest & Challenge Fixes

  • Burning Springs Locations: Fixed the “Burning Springs Location Challenge” not completing even if you had visited all locations.

  • Ultracite Ammo: Now correctly unlocks when claiming receiver mods for the Dom Pedro.

Gameplay & UI Fixes

  • Cletus Brimstone: Disabled his “Fire Cloak” ability because it was doing unintended high damage. (Note: Due to a quick fix, his name might temporarily appear as “LOOK UP FAILED” in-game).

  • Pip-Boy: Fixed a bug where navigation would jump to the top of the list when learning new plans.

  • Main Menu Music: Consoles will now correctly play the new Burning Springs theme music.

  • Visual Glitch: Fixed an issue showing the wrong sleeves when wearing the Ulysses Outfit while using firearms.

  • Localization: Addressed issues with missing French voice-overs and Unicode characters blocking crafting for certain languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian).
