Ezoo Activate Wristband : Wristband Activation and Top-Up – Electric Zoo
To activate your Ezoo Wristband, click “Register” you will be sent an activation email. Make sure to click the “Activate” button in that email to complete your registration. Once your account is activated, simply log in to your account to link your wristband. The final step is to “top-up” and add funds.
DO NOT put on your wristband until the day of the festival. This is very important. Once the wristband is on, you won’t be able to remove it, as it locks instantly.
Only your festival wristband will grant you entrance to Electric Zoo. Have your wristband comfortably on your right wrist upon arrival. You’ll be required to scan your wristband at the entrance to access the grounds.
If you ordered your festival passes before August 18th, your wristband will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Once you receive your wristband, simply activate it and Top-Up to be ready for Electric Zoo 3.0
If you order your festival passes on or later than August 18th, you’ll be able to swap your e-ticket for your wristband at the Will Call desk* near the festival entrance.
* You must bring your printed purchase confirmation to receive your wristband at Will Call.
Why should I register my wristband?
By registering your wristband and creating a cashless account, you will be able to top-up online before you arrive to the event. A registered account also allows you to easily track your spending through e-receipts of all transactions, access to real-time balance information, and the ability to freeze your account if your wristband is ever lost or stolen.

How do I register my wristband?
The first step is to click the “Register” button located on the top of this page and enter your personal details into the Registration Form. After you fill out your details and click “Register” you will be sent an activation email. Make sure to click the “Activate” button in that email to complete your registration. Ezoo Activate Wristband :
Electric Zoo is 100% cashless. Food, beverage, merchandise, and anything that can be purchased on-site must be purchased using your wristband. Everything is priced in US dollars.
In order to validate your wristband, you must first watch a public service announcement video. After the video has ended you will be asked to provide the 6-digit code on the back of the wristband, directly below the barcode. Once you have submitted this information, your wristband will be validated.

How can I get to Electric Zoo?
Getting to Electric Zoo is easy. From your New York City location, the festival entrance is just a stop or two away. This year we’re offering a multitude of transportation options, including readily available MTA buses and subways, car service pick-ups and drop-offs, round-trip Ferry rides, walking and biking routes, direct-route Brooklyn shuttles and more.
From within New York City:
– In two simple steps, use the Subway and MTA Buses to travel to Randall’s Island from your locations in Manhattan.
– Ferries depart from and return to the East 35th Street Ferry Landing located at the intersection of East 35th Street and FDR Drive. They travel to and from Randall’s Island all weekend long! Starting at 2:30pm on Friday, August 30th and at 12:30pm on Saturday and Sunday, ferries run continuously until 30 minutes after the festival ends.
From Brooklyn:
– Electric Zoo is offering round trip shuttle buses with a direct Brooklyn route. These buses depart from and return to the corner of Wythe Avenue & N 12th St in Brooklyn. Brooklyn shuttle departures begin at 2pm on Friday, and 12pm on Saturday and Sunday, and will be running continuously throughout the weekend. Round trip passes are now available with weekend-long and single-day options.
