Foundry

For Foundry users, the URL for your log in page will vary depending on your organization. It will look like the picture below. However, to locate the correct log in page please refer to your invitation email for the course. The invitation email will include a direct link to your log in page.

Make sure to check your Spam or Junk email folder if you cannot find your invitation email. If you still cannot find your invitation email ask your teacher or staff to send you a password reset email which will take you to your course.

I’m receiving a blank screen or error when attempting to start my course

This article applies to the Homeroom course platform only.

After signing in to your student or learner dashboard and clicking on the blue “Get Started” or “Continue” button, some students have encountered a white or blank screen like this:

Or an error message such as “something went wrong if you are the application owner check the logs for more information.”
This can happen for a few reasons:
1. Sometimes switching display languages can cause issues. If you have changed your display language, try changing it back to English then refreshing the page.

2. If you are using an extension such as Avira Browser Safety you may encounter issues in the course. Please disable this extension to avoid the white screen issue.
