To check your retirement pension on the official French government website, go to ensap.gouv.fr . Once logged in, select the “My Pension” tab.

Steps to Access your pension information:

  1. Logging into your personal space : On the homepage, click “Log in” and log in using your personal credentials. If you don’t already have an account, you can create one by following the instructions provided.

  2. Accessing the “My Pension” tab : Once logged in, select the “My Pension” tab. There you will find:

    • Your pension certificate (if you have been retired since January 1, 2018)

    • Your monthly pension statements

    • Your annual tax certificates

    These documents can be downloaded at any time from your secure space .

  3. New document notifications : Each time a new pension statement becomes available, a notification is sent to the email address you provided in your profile. You can manage these notifications in your account settings.

  4. Retirement simulation : ENSAP also offers the possibility of simulating your future retirement pension. This feature is accessible from the age of 45 .

  5. Retirement application : If you are planning to retire, you can submit your application directly online via your ENSAP account. It is recommended that you submit this application at least six months before your desired retirement date .

🧾 How to Access Your Tax Certificate on ENSAP

  1. Visit the ENSAP Website:

  2. Log In to Your Personal Space:

    • Click on “Se connecter”.

    • Enter your credentials: your 15-digit French social security number (numéro de sécurité sociale) and your password.

    • If you don’t have an account, you can create one by clicking on “Créer mon compte” and following the instructions.

  3. Access the “Ma pension” Section:

    • Once logged in, select the “Ma pension” tab.

  4. Download Your Tax Certificate:

    • Within the “Ma pension” section, you’ll find your annual tax certificates (attestations fiscales).

    • These documents are available for download and can be used for your income tax declarations.

Please note that since 2020, these tax certificates are no longer sent by post and are exclusively available through your ENSAP personal space. The information contained in these certificates is also pre-filled in your income tax return, so no additional action is required unless you need a copy for personal records or verification purposes.
