As of October 1, Envision Insurance is now Elixir Insurance. We’re excited about our new name and our continued commitment to serving you through our Part D plans. Although the name has changed, we want you to know that we’re still the same company and are still committed to you and your healthcare needs.
Please continue using your current Member ID card. It still provides all the information needed to process your prescriptions without interruption. You will automatically receive a new Member ID card that reflects our name change in January 2021.

Member ID Card: How can I view/print my Member ID Card online?
To view or print your Member ID Card,
- Visit https://member.elixirinsurance.com/
- Enter your Username and Password, or register for a new account.
- Click on MY BENEFITS, then MEMBERSHIP CARD.
- The card will display on this page, or you can click PRINT and follow the instructions.

Premium Billing: How can I view/pay my bill online?
You can pay your bill on the website.
- Visit https://www.envisionrxplus.com/Payments
- Enter your MEMBER ID and date of birth
- Follow the instructions

How do I enroll?
You may enroll on this website https://www.envisionrxplus.com/Enroll or call Member Services to enroll or request an information packet. Call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: 1-888-377-1439 (TTY: 711). If you are a retiree interested in benefits through your employer retiree plan, contact your human resources department.
You may also download an application for the Elixir RxPlus or Elixir RxSecure plan, print, complete and mail to: Elixir Insurance, 2181 E. Aurora Road. Suite 201, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087. You will be notified by mail when your enrollment has been accepted.
You may also enroll in Elixir Insurance through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at http://www.medicare.gov. Please note that by clicking on this link you will be leaving the Elixir Insurance website. You may also call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) TTY 1-877-486-2048), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I pay plan premiums?
- You can have your monthly plan premium deducted from your Social Security/ Railroad Retirement Board benefit check (just like your Part B premium) or you can pay your premium to Elixir Insurance directly.
- Premium payments may be made by credit card, check, (either by mail or on our website) or electronic funds transfer from your checking or savings account.
- Credit card payments may be taken online or by automated phone payment system.
- You can also login to the member portal to access premium information.
