Using the Chatbot for Assistance:
UT offers a chatbot for technical support.
Access the chatbot at chatbot.ut.ac.id.
Click on the “Tanya Kami Yuk!” button.
Select “Layanan IT”.
Choose “Reset Pass Elearning”.
Provide your NIM, NIK, and Date of Birth as prompted.
The system will guide you through resetting your password.

Access the portal via the UT official website by navigating to UT ONLINE > LAYANAN BELAJAR ONLINE > TUTORIAL ONLINE, or directly at http://elearning.ut.ac.id.
Enter your NIM (Student ID) and password to log in.
Participating in Online Tutorials (Tuton):
After logging in, you’ll see a list of registered courses.
Each course offers:
Materi Inisiasi: Initial learning materials.
Forum Diskusi: Discussion forums for interaction with tutors and peers.
Tugas: Assignments to assess understanding.
