✅ How to Fix It

1. Make sure the device is powered on

• Ensure your DirecTV Stream device (e.g., Gemini box) is on and connected to the TV.

2. Move the remote closer

• Get within a few feet of the streaming box. The remote may be out of range.

3. Manually pair the remote

If it doesn’t auto-pair, try this:

1. Point the remote at the DirecTV Stream device.

2. Press and hold Fast Forward and Rewind buttons together for about 5 seconds.
