You can activate your card in your Debenhams card app or through the Online Account Manager, please visit activate. By Login, the Debenhams Credit Card Online Account Manager lets you manage everything to do with your account in one place.
✅ Steps to Activate Your Debenhams Card
Go to the activation page
Visit the Debenhams card activation portal:
portal.newdaycards.com/debenhams/activate
Enter your card details
You’ll need to input information such as your 16‑digit card number and its expiry date (MM/YY).
Provide personal info / authenticate
You may need your last name, postal code, or other details along with a one‑time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered phone.
Finish activation / registration
Once the above is done and verified, your card should become active and usable

How do I register for the Online Account Manager?
Registering for your Online Account Manager allows you to take control of your account whenever and wherever you can get online. Head to login and follow the onscreen instructions. Remember, you’ll need your card or account number to hand. We have sent your account number in your welcome communications, and it can also be found on your monthly statement.
Can I add another cardholder to my account?
Yes, you can add up to three additional cardholders to your account.
Additional cardholders must be over the age of 18, be your partner, spouse or a close relative, a permanent UK resident and live at the same address as you. You will be responsible for all use of the card by the additional cardholders, and they will also share your credit limit. You can ask for any additional card holders to be added to your account when you first apply.
If you are already a cardholder, you can add additional cardholders to your account via mobile app or Online Account Manager, please visit additional card holders.
When will I get a statement?
If you have a balance or have used your card, you should receive a statement every month. You can visit statements to see up to the last six months’ statements. If you’re already set up for eStatements, we will also notify you when your statement is ready. Please ensure your details are always up to date. Visit account settings to review your details
You can stop receiving paper statements by switching your ‘Statement Preferences’ to eStatements in your mobile app or Online Account Manger. Visit account settings to change today
