Ready to get your CREDO Mobile device activated?  Activating your new CREDO Mobile device is easy! To ensure your device activation process goes smoothly, we’ve gathered the most helpful activation information here:

1. To transfer your current mobile number to CREDO Mobile, it’s important that you collect all the relevant information from your former mobile provider. Be sure you do not cancel service with your former provider prior to activating CREDO Mobile service.

2. Once you have all the details you need, it’s time to activate your device!

3. If possible, activate your new device as soon as you receive it

How Much Data Do I Need A Month?

To determine how much data you may need, we recommend the following:

  • If you’re joining CREDO, we recommend checking your last 3 months of data usage with your current provider
  • If you’re a current CREDO member, you can view your data usage within Member Services

  • Enter your username – This is the email address attached to your CREDO account
  • Enter your password
  • Click Sign In

Setting up your member services access will allow you to maintain your mobile account information, pay and read your bill, and tend to several other routine tasks.
