To create a new account, provide your 5-digit mailing ZIP code, date of birth, 16-digit EBT card number, and create a User ID and Password.
Once registered, you can log in to monitor your EBT balance, view transaction history, report lost or stolen cards, and change your PIN.
The Hoosier Works card is provided to Indiana SNAP and TANF recipients and works like a debit card for eligible purchases at authorized retailers.

Your 5-digit mailing ZIP code
Your Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
Your 16-digit EBT card number (Hoosier Works card number)
Create a User ID (4 to 10 characters, letters and/or numbers, not case-sensitive)
Create a Password (8 to 16 characters, must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers; password is case-sensitive)
Confirm your password and click the “SUBMIT” button to register.
Once the account is created, you can log in to check your balance, view transaction history, manage your PIN, and report lost or stolen cards.
You can also monitor your EBT balance and activity using the ConnectEBT mobile app available for Android and iOS devices.
