
As of April 22, 2025, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CommBank) has reported intermittent issues affecting access to both NetBank and the CommBank app.
These disruptions began around 4:20 PM AEST. Other services, including ATMs, online payments, and tap-and-pay, are functioning normally.

While the issue is being resolved, you can try the following steps:
Update the App: Ensure you’re using the latest version of the CommBank app by checking for updates in the App Store or Google Play.
Restart the App: Close and reopen the app to see if the issue persists.
Check Internet Connection: Verify that your device has a stable internet connection.
Use Alternative Services: If urgent, consider using ATMs or online payment methods, which are currently operational.
