Your new card will be delivered by the US Postal Service. The card should arrive approximately 7-10 business days after the mailing date. Your NFL Extra Points Credit Card account is transitioning from Barclays to Comenity Capital Bank. As a result of this transition, Comenity Capital Bank will now issue, manage and service your new NFL Extra Points Credit Card account. If you currently have a Mastercard, your card will be converted to a Visa with the same team logo on your current card.

If you would like us to move your purchase or purchases to the non-promotional Regular Revolving Credit Plan, please contact us by the Payment Due Date shown on your first billing statement reflecting the purchase or purchases. As of the Print Date, your Purchase APR is 28.24%, 23.24%, or 18.24%, based upon your creditworthiness when you opened the account, based on the Prime Rate.
What if I do not receive a new NFL Extra Points Credit Card?
If you do not receive a new card by April 24, 2022 and your account is in good standing, please contact 1-888-232-1512 (Visa) or 1-866-809-4698 (Visa Signature) (TDD/TTY: 1-888-819-1918) to request one. Please note, as of April 24, 2022 the NFL Credit Card Program will no longer be available to residents outside of the United States (this does not apply to APO / DPO / FPO addresses) for new purchases and transactions. Comenity Capital Bank will send further communication to impacted cardholders.
