The primary cardmember on the account must activate the new KAY Jewelers Credit Card online at c.comenity.net/ac/kay/public/activate or by phone by calling customerCare.activationPhone.
Please have your new card and information ready. You’ll also have the opportunity to activate cards for authorized buyers by adding the last four digits of the other cards on the account.
If you need assistance activating your card, please call Customer Care at 1-888-868-0296 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788).
Once you’ve successfully activated your new card, you can use it immediately.
By completing the activation process, you’re confirming that your new card arrived safely. We do this for your protection. After you’ve activated your new card please destroy the old one (if you still have it) as it is no longer active or valid. If you believe your card was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care at 1-888-868-0296 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788).
Activate Your Card
To begin using your new or replacement credit card, activate it here using the primary cardholder’s information.
1. Visit the page https://c.comenity.net/ac/kay/public/activate
2. Now enter the account number associated with the person who opened the account, not the joint cardholder or authorized buyer.
3. Enter your Expiration Date on the card.
4. Enter your Social Security number SSN.
5. Now enter your last 4 digits of SSN. The Identification Type is the Social Security Number (SSN), Social Insurance Number (SIN) or Alternative Identification Number (AIN) you used to apply for the credit card account.
6. Finally enter the Zip Code or Postal Code.
7. Now click on Continue button to activate your card.
