How to Activate Your Card
1. Online Activation
Visit: comenity.net/famousfootwear (the Comenity Account Center).
Log in or register if it’s your first time using the portal.
To activate:
Enter your 16‑digit card number.
Provide the expiration date.
Select an identification type—typically your Social Security Number (SSN) or another specified ID.
Input the last 4 digits of that ID.
Click Continue to complete activation.
2. Activate by Phone
Call 1‑844‑271‑2691 (available for the primary cardmember to activate the card).
If you encounter difficulties, you can call Customer Care at 1‑800‑433‑0091 or TDD/TTY: 1‑888‑819‑1918 for assistance.
3. Adding Authorized Users
When activating, you’ll also have the opportunity to activate cards for authorized users. Just enter the last four digits of their card(s) during the process.
