Comenity Caesars Rewards Visa Activate :
Online card activation is currently unavailable due to a scheduled system update. To activate your card by phone, or for additional assistance, please call us at the phone number located on the sticker on your card.
The primary cardmember on the account must activate the new Caesars Rewards® Visa® Credit Card online or by phone by calling 1-855-381-5716. Please have your new card and information ready. You’ll also have the opportunity to activate cards for authorized buyers by adding the last four digits of the other cards on the account.

How Do I Earn Reward Credits?
To earn Reward Credits, use your Caesars Rewards card for all your gaming at Caesars Rewards locations. You will earn 1 Reward Credit for every $5 you play on reel slot machines and $10 for video poker. Additionally, you may earn extra Reward Credits throughout the day based on the type of game you are playing, your average bet, and your length of play. Pay attention to the reader on the machine to see your Reward Credits adding up.
For Table play, be sure to hand your Caesars Rewards card to the Dealer or Pit Supervisor as soon as you sit down to play and ask to be rated. Reward Credits are earned based on length of play, average bet and type of game.
You can also earn Reward Credits based on your Hospitality spend at participating outlets and Hotel Bill. You’ll earn 1 Reward Credit for every $1 you spend. Credits post from participating outlet purchases – 3 days from purchase date. Hotel bill – 10 business days from departure date.

How do I view my Reward Credits balance and Tier Score online?
To view your Reward Credit balance or Tier Score, simply login to your account on the Caesars Rewards website and click on “Sign In”. Additionally, you can view your balance through the Caesars Rewards mobile app.

How Do I Redeem My Reward Credits?
Reward Credits can be redeemed:
- At participating restaurants, spas, entertainment venues and retail outlets at Caesars Entertainment properties by presenting your Caesars Rewards card. Participating outlets where you can redeem Reward Credits can be found on our website. Participating outlets are at a 1:1 ratio. Reward Credits for Gift Cards and In-room movies are redeemed at a 2:1 ratio.
- 100 Reward Credits equal $1.00
- Toward your hotel bill at the time of checkout, as long as your Caesars Rewards account number is attached to the reservation at check-in.
- At a self-serve kiosk (at selected properties).
- At Caesars Rewards Center for a comp slip.
- For items in the Caesars Rewards eCatalog.
- For casino free play at a 2:1 ratio. The minimum requirement is $5 free play value (1,000 Reward Credits) and the maximum requirement is $500 free play value (100,000 Reward Credits) per promotional day. Simply stop by the Caesars Rewards Center with valid ID, to redeem your Reward Credits for free play.
- Members with a Tier of Platinum or above, may gift Reward Credits twice a year at 5,000 credits ($50.00) each time or once at 10,000 credits. To do so, simply stop by any one of our Caesars Rewards centers with your valid photo ID and a representative will transfer the credits from your account to the account you wish to be gifted. Please note both parties must be present for the agent gift the credits.
