Classtag Activate and Login Account : www.classtag.com/activate Enter Activation Code
To activate Classtag account, login into www.classtag.com/activate and enter the code that your teacher gave you. ClassTag provides each family with a unique alphanumeric code (usually 7 digits) that can be used to join a class.
At ClassTag, we provide different ways for teachers to invite parents to join a class. Teachers can add your email address or mobile number; however, there are instances that they might not have the correct information with them or might have nothing at all. Thus, we do not have the option to use a generic class code that parents can use to sign up. We don’t want anyone to join a class who is not a parent or guardian of any student.
However, ClassTag provides each family with a unique alphanumeric code (usually 7 digits) that can be used to join a class.
If you received an email or SMS with a link to sign up for ClassTag and decided to use that credential to sign up for an account, you don’t need to enter a code. Simply click on the link and you should be good to go.
If you received an email or SMS with a link to sign up for ClassTag and decided to use a different email address or mobile number to sign up for an account, the system is going to ask you for a code.
The teacher should have given your child a flyer with a unique code that you can use. In case you haven’t received one, please send an email to su*****@cl******.com with the information below so we can find the correct code for you to join your child’s class.
Your child’s name
The full name and/or email address of your child’s teacher
School’s name and address (city/state and zip code will do)
Login into ClassTag
ClassTag provides an easy option to connect your Google email address to your ClassTag account. Instead of manually typing in your email address and password to access ClassTag, just click Google and log onto ClassTag lightning fast!
Before you can use the one-click login feature, you will need to connect your Google email address to your ClassTag account. Please follow these steps:
1. Log onto ClassTag using your Google email address and password.
2. Click the Hamburger menu.
3. Click Account Settings.
3. Click on Social Sign-On.
4. Click Connect with Google. (The image below shows Disconnect from Google — Yours will show Connect with Google if you haven’t connected it previously)
5. A new page will open where you will be asked to enter your Google-domain email address and password. Please enter your credentials to proceed.
6. Once successfully connected, a Successfully Authenticated with account message will appear for a few moments.
7. You’re all set! You can now log onto ClassTag by using Google.
How can I verify my phone number?
When you receive an SMS invitation to join ClassTag, you can sign up for an account using your mobile phone number. There’s no need to verify your mobile number anymore.
If you’ve created an account using your email address and then added your mobile number, there’s a need for you to verify your mobile number. Please follow these steps.
1. Log in on ClassTag using your email address and password.
2. Click the three lines on the upper left side and then go to “Account Settings”.
3. Click “Account Settings” under “My Profile”.
4. Click “Mobile Phone.”
5. Type your mobile number and click “Save.”
6. An SMS will be sent with the 4-digit code that you need to use.
7. Enter the 4-digit code and click “Verify”.
8. A confirmation that your mobile number has been successfully verified will be shown at the top of the page.
That’s it! You’re all set.
