Inorder to link my Capcom ID to Steam, go to cid.capcom/link/steam. Scroll down on your Account Page to find “External account links”. Press the “Link” button for the external account you want to link.

CAPCOM ID is a single unified account that can be used to manage various Capcom games and web services. Anyone can sign up to create an account and start using it for free.

How do I link my Capcom ID to steam?

Link your CAPCOM ID to external accounts for even more fun! Follow the steps below to link an account.

STEP 1. Log in and access your Account Page

First, log in and go to your Account Page.

Note: Your Account Page will be displayed as soon as you log in.

STEP 2. Press the “Link” button

Scroll down on your Account Page to find “External account links”. Press the “Link” button for the external account you want to link.

STEP 3. Press the “Link with XXX” button

Before linking an account, be sure to read the warnings. Then, press the “Link with XXX” button.

STEP 4. Log in with an external account

You will be taken to the login page for the external account you are trying to link. Once there, enter that account’s information.

Note: Do not to enter account information for an account other than the one you want to link. Once you link an account, you cannot link another.

STEP 5. The external account link is complete

Your external account should now be linked. To confirm, make sure the account you’ve linked says “Linked” when viewed on your Account Page.

Do you need a Capcom ID?

Starting with Exoprimal, anyone playing a Capcom game with multiplayer is going to have to use a Capcom ID, a new-ish identifier allowing for things like player stat tracking and cross-platform play.

You can link different types of external accounts to your CAPCOM ID. However, you can only link one external account of each type.

I have not received other procedure mails from CAPCOM ID

If you do not receive other emails from CAPCOM ID, please check the following points.

• If servers are congested, it may take some time for mails to be sent. Please allow some time for mail delivery.
• Depending on the email software and security settings, mails from CAPCOM ID may be mistakenly sent to the “spam” or “junk” folders. Please check your spam/junk folders for any missing emails.
• Please whitelist the domain “cid.capcom.com” if possible.
• Please check that you have entered the correct email address.

If after checking the above points, you still cannot receive emails from CAPCOM ID, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please consider using an alternate email address.
