You may check the balance on your Chick-fil-A gift card, by checking your receipt. When you use a Chick-fil-A gift card to pay for a purchase, the balance will print out at the bottom of the Chick-fil-A receipt.
Physical gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $5 and $100 at most Chick-fil-A restaurant locations and at many of the places you shop every day, like grocery stores, pharmacies and other large retailers. Guests can redeem their gift card in the restaurant or by adding funds to their Chick-fil-A App.
How do I check my balance on a Chick-fil-A gift card?
You may check the balance on your Chick-fil-A gift card in one of the following ways:
- By checking your receipt. When you use a Chick-fil-A gift card to pay for a purchase, the balance will print out at the bottom of the Chick-fil-A receipt.
- By calling 1-888-232-1864 and entering the appropriate card information.
- By visiting a Chick-fil-A Restaurant that accepts Chick-fil-A gift cards and having a Team Member perform a balance inquiry.
In addition, you can reload Chick-fil-A gift cards that were purchased in a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
How do I add a Physical Gift Card to my Chick-fil-A App?
Open your app
Open your Chick-fil-A App, or download the app and create a Chick-fil-A One® account to get started.
Scan and add funds
Click “Scan” at the bottom of your screen, and then “Add funds”
Transfer your gift card.
Select “Transfer a gift card” and enjoy!!!
