- On the surface of your product.
- On a Mac, by choosing About This Mac from the Apple menu.
- On an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, iPod, or Apple Watch, in Settings > General > About.
- In the Finder or iTunes, if your product syncs with your computer.
If you don’t have your product or it won’t turn on
- If you have your product’s original packaging, you can check the barcode to find the serial number
- You can also find your product’s serial number on the original product receipt or invoice

1. Visit the page https://checkcoverage.apple.com/
2. Enter your serial number of the product.
3. Please enter the Captcha code.
4. Now Click on Continue button.
5. The next page will display your Apple Product Coverage.
Buy an AppleCare plan on your device
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings. Or on your Mac, choose the Apple menu (), then choose System Settings.*
- Go to General > About.
- Tap AppleCare+ Coverage Available. If you don’t see AppleCare+ Coverage Available, check to make sure that your device is eligible.
- Proceed with the purchase by following the on-screen prompts. When you follow these steps, you’ll be able to see how much the AppleCare plan costs.
