How to Activate Step-by-Step
Open the App on Your TV:
Launch the My5 app on your Smart TV, Roku, Fire TV Stick, or other streaming device.
Navigate to Sign In or Settings.
The screen will display a 6-digit activation code. Keep this screen open.
Go to the Website (on Phone or PC):
Open a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Go to activate.channel5.com.
Log In or Register:
You will be asked to sign in to your My5 account.
If you don’t have one, click Register to create a free account (this is required to watch).
Enter the Code:
Once logged in, you will see a box to enter the code.
Type in the 6-digit code displayed on your TV screen.
Click Submit or Activate.
Start Watching:
Your TV screen should refresh automatically within a few seconds, logging you in. You can now stream content.

Troubleshooting
Code Expired? If the code doesn’t work or the TV screen times out, simply back out of the menu on your TV and select “Sign In” again to generate a new fresh code.
QR Code Issues? If scanning the QR code on the TV doesn’t work, typing the URL directly into your browser is the most reliable method.
Different URL? Ensure you are not on
