]]>
The phone number 855-836-3987 is associated with Google, specifically with charges from services like the Google Store and YouTube Premium.

If you see this number on a bank or credit card statement and don’t recognize the charge, it’s possible it could be for one of the following reasons:

  • A Google service you or someone you know subscribed to:

    • This number is often linked to charges for YouTube Premium, Google Play, or other Google subscriptions. It’s a good idea to check your Google account’s purchase history to see if the charge matches a legitimate purchase.
  • A fraudulent charge:

    • While the number is tied to Google, it has also been reported in connection with fraudulent charges. Scammers sometimes use legitimate company names and phone numbers to make their activity seem authentic.

What to Do

  1. Check your Google account’s purchase history.

    • The first step is to log into your Google account and review your payment and subscription history. You can often find this information by searching for “Google payments” or “Google subscriptions” and logging in.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer.

    • If you still can’t identify the charge, contact your bank or credit card company immediately. They can help you investigate and, if the charge is fraudulent, take steps to reverse it and protect your account.

How can I verify this phone number with Google’s official pages

To verify the legitimacy of a phone number like 855-836-3987 with Google’s official pages, there are a few recommended approaches:

  1. Check Google’s official support or help pages:

    • Google does not widely publicize support phone numbers on their main help sites, but official Google support numbers are sometimes listed in service-specific help sections (e.g., Google Store, Google Play).

    • For payment and subscription issues, verify numbers via the official Google Payments Center: users can see transactions and customer support contacts linked to their Google accounts.

  2. Use official Google account verification tools:

    • Google allows phone numbers to be verified for account security purposes through SMS or phone call codes. While this primarily applies to verifying one’s own number, it can help confirm if a number is recognized by Google services in a legitimate way.

    • The Google Ads or AdMob platforms ask users to verify phone numbers by sending a 6-digit code via SMS or call, which confirms the number’s association with a Google service.

  3. Contact Google support via official channels:

    • Contact Google Support through https://support.google.com or the Google Store support page and confirm if the phone number is an official support line.

    • Avoid answering calls or giving personal info to numbers unless verified through Google’s own website or account portal.

In general, the most reliable way is to log into the Google account associated with the suspicious activity or transaction and look for support contact numbers provided there. Any phone number listed in direct account portals or official Google Help Center articles is likely legitimate.

If unsure, users can always submit queries or requests for authorized Google support numbers through official help forums or support pages:

Google explicitly instructs users to report unauthorized charges or contact support only through its verified help systems, which reduces risk from scam numbers purporting to be Google.

The post Aetna Extra Benefits Card Balance Check appeared first on Seminarsonly.com.

]]>
To check the balance on an Aetna Extra Benefits card, log in to the Aetna NationsBenefits portal at aetna.nationsbenefits.com or use the MyBenefits Portal app on a smartphone.

Alternatively, the balance can be checked by calling the customer service number listed on the back of the card or in the benefits literature.

Cardholders can also:

  • View balance and transactions in the Aetna mobile app or NationsBenefits MyBenefits Portal app.

  • Call the automated customer support line for a balance update. For Aetna’s Extra Benefits / OTC program, one contact is 1‑877‑204‑1817 (TTY: 711).

  • Log in through the Aetna member portal to manage all aspects of their account.

Using these methods ensures quick and accurate access to the most up-to-date card allowance available for eligible purchases and benefits.

Here are the best ways to check your card balance:

1. Use the Online Portal

The easiest way to check your balance and manage your benefits is to log in to the dedicated member website. The link is often on the back of your card or in your plan materials.

  • Go to CVS.com/Aetna.
  • You will need to use your Aetna member ID number to log in or create an account.
  • Once logged in, you can view your allowance, see a catalog of approved products, place online orders, and find participating stores.

2. Call Member Services

If you don’t have internet access or prefer to speak with someone, you can call the number on the back of your card.

  • Look for a number specifically for your “Extra Benefits Card” or “OTC benefits.”
  • A common number for Aetna OTC benefits is 1-844-428-8147 (TTY: 711), but this can vary by plan. The number on your card is the most reliable.

3. Check the Mobile App

Many of these services also have a mobile app that allows you to check your balance on the go.

  • Look for the “CVS OTC Health Solutions” app in the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
  • You can log in with the same credentials you use for the online portal to check your balance and scan product barcodes in a store to see if they’re covered.

Important Things to Remember

  • Your benefits don’t always roll over. In many plans, your allowance is reloaded quarterly, and any unused funds are lost at the end of the quarter. Be sure to check your plan’s specific rules.
  • The card is not a general debit card. It can only be used for approved over-the-counter health products, and in some plans, healthy foods, utilities, or transportation. You can find the full list of eligible items in your member portal.

The phone number 866-535-9492 is associated with Citibank and is commonly used by their debt collection department. Calls from this number are typically related to collection of outstanding debts on behalf of creditors, including credit cards or other loans.

It is considered a legitimate Citibank number used for debt collection purposes, although there are warnings that some calls could potentially be scams impersonating Citibank.

People receiving calls from this number are advised to verify any debts through their credit report before making any payments and to consider using credit repair or debt assistance services to handle these calls.

Blocking or ignoring calls from this number may only temporarily stop the calls but will not resolve the underlying debt issue, and ignoring them could escalate to legal action. It is recommended to be cautious with personal information when dealing with such calls.

Request official Citibank phone number directory for verification

What to Do When you receive a call from 866-535-9492

When receiving a call from 866-535-9492, believed to be Citibank’s debt collection number, take the following steps:

  1. Do not engage directly or provide personal information immediately; verify the debt first by checking your credit report for any related negative items or debts linked to Citibank.

  2. Avoid calling back this number directly as it may restart the statute of limitations on old debts or could be a scam.

  3. If the call seems legitimate, request written verification of the debt from the caller or Citibank to confirm the claim.

  4. Consider blocking the number to reduce harassment, but be aware that blocking won’t resolve the underlying debt or legal obligations.

  5. If you doubt the legitimacy of the call, contact Citibank through official, publicly available customer service phone numbers to verify the information and your account status.

  6. Seek assistance from reputable credit repair services or legal advisors if the calls threaten legal action or if you want help managing or disputing the debt.

  7. Protect yourself from scams by not sharing sensitive information such as full social security numbers, banking passwords, or PINs.

  8. Reporting suspicious calls to Citibank’s fraud department can help protect others and prevent scams.

Following these steps helps protect financial health while responsibly addressing possible overdue Citibank debt issues

According to recent leaks and rumors, American Express is refreshing its Platinum Card lineup, with an official announcement expected on Thursday, September 18, 2025.

Based on information circulating on credit card forums, Reddit, and financial news sites, here are the key rumored changes to the U.S. Consumer Platinum Card:

1. Increased Annual Fee

  • The annual fee is expected to increase from its current $695 to $895. This is a significant jump and the primary concern for many current cardholders.

2. Expanded and New Credits

To justify the fee increase, Amex is rumored to be adding or enhancing several credits, essentially swapping the “coupon book” of benefits for more valuable ones.

  • Hotel Credit:

    • A major rumored change is an increase in the Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) and The Hotel Collection (THC) credit from $200 to $600 per year. This credit would be issued as two semi-annual credits of $300 each.
  • Resy Credit:

    • A new $400 Resy credit is rumored, which would be split into $100 credits per quarter.
  • Uber Credit:

    • The current $200 Uber Cash credit is expected to remain, with a new $120 Uber One credit added on top of it.
  • Lululemon Credit:

    • There are rumors of a new $300 Lululemon credit, possibly issued as $75 per quarter.

Also Read : Xactimate Error 503 Server Unavailable

3. Existing Benefits

Many of the core benefits of the Platinum Card are expected to stay the same.

  • Earning Rate:

    • The card will likely continue to earn 5x points on flights booked directly with airlines or through Amex Travel, and on hotels booked through Amex Travel.
  • Lounge Access:

    • The Amex Global Lounge Collection, including access to Centurion Lounges, Priority Pass lounges, and Delta Sky Clubs, will remain a key feature.
  • Other Credits:

    • It’s widely expected that existing credits like the airline fee credit, Saks Fifth Avenue credit, and digital entertainment credit will remain, although some may be adjusted.

4. Business Platinum Card Changes

The Business Platinum card is also rumored to be undergoing a refresh, with a similar increase in its annual fee to $895. It’s expected to also receive the new $600 FHR credit. However, the Business Platinum card is also expected to lose its valuable 35% points rebate on premium cabin flights, a change that has already been announced.

5. Card Design

There are rumors of a new “Mirror Finish” card design, which may be a limited-edition or permanent offering.

You will be able to add your OMNY card to Apple Wallet by the end of 2025. The MTA has announced plans to launch a mobile virtual OMNY card, which will allow users to manage and use their transit cards on iPhone and Apple Watch without carrying a physical card.

However, you can still use Apple Wallet (via Apple Pay) to pay for MTA rides through contactless payment. Here’s the current state and your options:

Using Apple Pay (Without OMNY Card)

You can tap your iPhone or Apple Watch at OMNY readers to pay for rides using:

  • A credit/debit card in Apple Wallet

  • Apple Pay Express Transit for quicker access

Steps to Set Up:

  1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.

  2. Add a credit or debit card if not already added.

  3. Go to:

    • Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Express Transit Card

  4. Choose your default card for MTA rides.

Now, you can just tap your iPhone/Apple Watch at the OMNY reader — no Face ID/Touch ID needed.

Here is a general guide on how you would add a transit card to Apple Wallet once the feature is available:

Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.

Tap the “+” or “Add” button.

Select “Transit Card” (or “Travel Card,” depending on your region)

Search for “OMNY” from the list of available cards

Choose to add a new card or transfer an existing physical card. If you’re transferring a physical card, you may be prompted to enter your card number and other details.

Add funds to the card within the Wallet app if needed.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

This process will likely be similar to how other transit cards, like the Clipper card in San Francisco or SmarTrip card in Washington D.C., are added to Apple Wallet. Once added, you can enable Express Mode so you can simply tap your iPhone or Apple Watch at the OMNY reader to pay your fare without having to wake or unlock your device.

🚫 OMNY Card in Apple Wallet?

  • As of now, you cannot add a physical OMNY card (the refillable transit card) to Apple Wallet.

  • OMNY and MTA have not yet released support for digital OMNY cards via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

🟡 Workaround / Tracking OMNY Usage:

If you use a credit/debit card via Apple Pay:

  • Go to OMNY.info

  • Create an account

  • Link your card to see ride history and manage your trips
