3. Now enter your password for the Care account.

How do I upgrade my account to a Premium Membership?

You can upgrade to a Premium Membership by clicking the orange Upgrade button inside your account. app

You can upgrade directly from your Home page by scrolling down to the Upgrade your membership section or by following these steps:

  1. In the app, tap Profile.
  2. Tap Account Settings.
  3. In the ACCOUNT STATUS section, tap Upgrade to Premium.
  4. Select the payment option that works best for you and tap Continue.
  5. Enter your credit card and billing information.
  6. Click UPGRADE NOW.

Desktop computer

  1. From the Me drop-down menu at the top of the page (or hamburger drop-down menu for smaller windows), click Settings & Privacy.
  2. Under the Membership Information section, click Upgrade.
  3. Select the subscription option that best suits your needs and click Continue.
  4. Enter your credit card details through our secure payment system.
  5. Click Upgrade Now.

  • To reach out to our Member Care team via email or chat, you must upgrade your account.

Billing questions

If you are currently a Premium member or were previously a Premium member, please see your Billing Statement for the phone number to contact our Member Care billing team.

Chat options

You can chat with our Member Care team if you:

  • Have a Premium subscription.
  • Have a Basic membership with an active booking. A booking is considered active until 6 hours after the booking’s end time.

If you don’t have a Premium subscription or if it’s more than 6 hours after your booking’s end time, then the chat option doesn’t appear in the Contact Us modal.

If you live outside of the United States, you might not have the ability to access our site properly. Because we are a US based online community, our site does not accept foreign computer IP addresses. Our US website is only available to members living and legally able to work in the US.
