How do I use my Incentives Card?
Simply present your card at the time of payment. Press “credit” on the keypad and sign the receipt. If you wish to use your card for a debit transaction, you will need to select a PIN of your choice for your card. As you use your card, the balance is reduced by the full amount of each purchase, including taxes or other fees.
You can use your card to pay the full amount of the purchase and applicable taxes, as long as the balance on the card is sufficient. If you wish to make a purchase greater than the remaining balance by using two payment methods, check with the merchant before completing the transaction. Not all retailers accept “split payment.” If your card is ever denied, just ask if you can use your prepaid card first and then pay the difference with cash or another payment method.
Can I use my Incentives Card for a debit transaction?
Yes. Your Incentives Card operates no differently when you use it for a debit transaction; you are just required to enter a PIN. You set up a PIN at the time of activating your Incentives Card.
How do I check my Incentives Card balance?
To check your card balance, sign in to your account or call the Customer Care number listed on the back of your card. Merchants cannot check your card balance, so be sure to know your balance before you shop.
Can I get cash with my Incentives Card?
Check the back of your Incentives Card to know if it is set up for ATM access. A fee of $2.50 will be charged per Domestic ATM Cash Withdrawal at an ATM.
In case of International ATM Cash Withdrawal, the fee is $2.50, plus 2.5% percent of the withdrawal amount. The ATM owner may charge an additional fee for each transaction. You may be charged additional fees by the ATM operator even if you don’t complete a withdrawal.
If my Incentives Card is lost or stolen, how do I get a refund or a replacement Card?
If you believe your card is lost or stolen, please notify Customer Care IMMEDIATELY at 1-844-523-6235. You will be asked to provide the card number and other identifying information. We cannot provide a replacement card unless you provide your card number and all other requested identifying information. If our records show a balance remaining on the card, we will cancel the card and, upon your request, issue you a replacement card in an amount equal to the remaining balance less any applicable fee.
