To activate your Bank of America Global Card Access card, you can use one of two primary methods: online through the dedicated website or by phone.

📝 Steps to Activate:
Method 1: Online Activation
This is the recommended method and it also allows you to register for online account management.
- Go to the Website: Open your web browser and go to the official portal: www.bofa.com/globalcardaccess.
- Register a Card: On the login screen, click the “Register a card” or “Register now” link.
- Enter Your Card Information: You will be prompted to enter your 16-digit corporate card number.
- Verify Your Identity: You will need to provide additional information to verify your identity. This may include your card’s expiration date and security code. You will then need to select a verification option, which could be one of the following depending on your region and account type:
- Email: A one-time passcode will be sent to the email address on file.
- Verification ID: A code provided by your company’s Program Administrator.
- Employee ID: A number provided by your company.
- Date of Birth: An option available in some regions.
- Create Your Account: You will be prompted to create a User ID, password, and three security questions.
- Activate Your Card: After creating your account and logging in, you will be given the option to activate your card. You may also find an “Activate my card” link in the “Quick actions” menu on the home page.

Method 2: Phone Activation
You can also activate your card through Bank of America’s automated phone service. The activation number is typically a toll-free number printed on the sticker on the front of your new card.
For general inquiries or if you are unsure of your verification ID, you can use the following customer service numbers:
- For U.S. Corporate Cardholders:
- 888-233-8855 (Automated service)
- 888-449-2273 (Customer service)
- 602-379-8753 (Collect calls)
- For other regions and specific card types, it is best to use the number provided on the back of your card.
PIN: During the activation process, you will also be able to select or change your Personal Identification Number (PIN), which is required for most transactions.
Mobile App: The BofA Global Card Access mobile app, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, also allows you to register and activate your card.
