BMO Gift Card Activation Tips
You can activate your BMO gift card online or by phone. Go to bmoharris.com/giftcardaccess or Call 1-800-650-0843. Follow the automated prompts to enter your card information and create a PIN.

Online:
- Go to bmoharris.com/giftcardaccess
- Enter the requested information, including your card number and security code.
- You’ll be prompted to create a PIN for your card.
By phone:
- Call 1-800-650-0843.
- Follow the automated prompts to enter your card information and create a PIN.

Once your card is activated, you can use it anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Be sure to keep your PIN safe and secure, as it’s needed for in-person and online transactions.
Please note that, as of January 1, 2023, BMO no longer offers BMO Mastercard Gift Card for purchase. If you already have a BMO Mastercard® Gift Card, you can continue to use it.
No Monthly Service Charge
If the card hasn’t been used for 12 consecutive months, only a monthly inactivity fee of $3.00 is charged.

Make purchases throughout the U.S. generally wherever Mastercard® debit cards are accepted. The card is easy to use and welcome at most merchants, retailers and restaurants.
Check your card balance
Already have a BMO Mastercard® Gift Card? To check your balance, call 1-800-650-0843 or go online. You just need your card number and security code.
