1. Are you in the supported region?
The game servers are currently only open to players in:
Thailand
Indonesia
The Philippines
Malaysia
Singapore
If you are NOT in one of these countries:
The game will not load past the title screen.
You will likely see a perpetual “Maintenance” or “Server Connection Error” message. This is not a bug; it is a region lock preventing access from the US, Europe, and other territories.

If you live in one of the SEA countries listed above and it still isn’t working, you are likely facing launch-day server issues:
Server Overload: The influx of players is causing timeouts. Try logging in during non-peak hours (early morning).
App Store Delay: Ensure you have manually updated the app from the Play Store/App Store if you pre-downloaded it days ago.
