  7. Run “ipconfig /all >> troubleshooting.txt”

  9. Please reenable your connection to the VPN to VPN/mobile hotspot you are using so that you are able once again to connect to the game.
  10. Now Repeat steps 3 to 8 again with the VPN to VPN/mobile hotspot active.
